Office Manager/Administrator – French Language Skills
LOCATION: PUTNEY, LONDON
SALARY: £27,000 - £28,000
We have a lovely role, working for a French Language school for children in London, who offer fun French lessons where children flourish and learn French the fun way! With centres across London they are now looking for an experienced person to work as an Office Manager/Director’s Assistant for their busy office. This is an excellent position for someone with good all-round office skills, a professional attitude and excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Administration/Secretarial duties
- Dealing with queries efficiently and Courteously from parents, schools staff and teachers
- Liaising daily with parents
- Dealing with payments and invoices
- Some accounts work and HR duties
- Organising teachers’ timetables
- Organising events and liaising with venues
This is a varied and interesting role and the successful person will have relevant sufficient office experience, with solid IT skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office and ideally accounting software (this is desirable not essential). You will have an excellent command of the English language and a good knowledge of the French language (sound reading and oral comprehension skills). Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to prioritise your work.
You will work with a small, friendly team so the ability to multitask is essential. This is a permanent full-time opportunity Monday-Friday and will be office based.
