Library Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Library Sales and Marketing Executive for a highly successful Publisher Services company based in London. This is a great opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial team which provides libraries worldwide with digital content.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring revenues and sales targets are met
  • Developing and communicating an understanding of customer requirements
  • Work alongside marketing to propose campaigns to support sales
  • Develop regular marketing e-mails and distribute via the in-house database
  • Attend industry events and conferences and feedback information
  • Understand the overall business strategy and help develop partnerships
  • Work with the team to develop and maintain the marketing database
  • Initiate new ideas to facilitate market growth
  • Provide additional help to other departments when required

The successful person will have:

  • Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Some proven sales and marketing experience ideally from a library environment
  • Be confident and able to work independently
  • Be able to initiate projects and see them through to completion
  • Have an interest in technology and the provision of digital content

Our client is offering a hybrid working model with home working 2-3 days per week.
