Assistant Content Manager

A digital technology and publishing business, specialising in healthcare, has a fantastic opening for an Assistant Content Manager. The business provides the life science industry with targeted solutions that reach, engage and measure. In this role you will work with a digital delivery team to position content enabling a logical online educational user journey. As a key contributor to the development and maintenance of the Content Management System/Digital Experience Platform (DXP), you will support the delivery of educational content destinations for healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become the lead for UI design
- Conduct usability testing
- Create metadata and meta descriptors for new websites
- Insert medical accurate copy into new and existing Learning Zones and related assets
- Review and amend current and new websites
Attendance and participation in content and delivery meetings
Reporting to the Lead Content Manager, you will have had experience of working with enterprise CMS systems. Experience of UX/UI design will be an advantage and HTML/CSS would be a plus.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills with first rate copy writing, vocabulary and grammar.
